A Ninja's Secret Weapon

We all know that any Ninja worth his/her salt has one. In the youtube link below, I can accept 'Blade of the Fan' but I'm struggling with 'Vagina Bubbles from Hell'
as it just freaked me out.

I can't decide if that was more scarier than my link.
But anyway, nice one LouLou and you're on my plain. As soon as the Quiz Master mentions Ninjas, Vaginas and Bubbles - I'm there.
But I'm still struggling. Who was the the guy/gal who shot jets of mercury from his/her eyes and then it became steel after encasing the victim?

haven't got a clue. that's the pub quiz down the pan
i vaguely remember a comic (or was it a game?) character who had power over metals and made them do stuff (which may or may not include encasing people in steel), but i don't remember any mercury beams involved.
i'm curious now. let me know if you remember who it was

No need LouLou. markfiend will spot this thread sometime tomorrow/today and reel of a minimum of 200 Ninja's Secret Weapon facts, complete with characterisation and situ, and he'll do it purely of the top of his head without resorting to Wiki.
How his head has never exploded with all the info stored in there is beyond me.
