Swedish writer Marcus Birro has recently released his new book "Att leva och dö som Joe Strummer" ("To live and die like Joe Strummer"). It's about his youth in Gothenburg in the 80´s, his friends and his idols. One of those were That Guitarist as a part of Sisters and The Mi$$ion.
Marcus now has decided to do a performance based on the book, he picked up the phone and called Wayne, asked if he wanted to join him and yes he did. The result will be a "poetic rockshow" based on the book and Wayne will play classics from the 80´s era of The Mi$$ion and The Sisters Of Mercy. He will also perform new material written for these shows..
That is what the press-release says, shortened and poorly translated..
The spectacle will visit my hometown Malmö 27/10, I don't know if it's a good idea, but I'll be there...

It certainly would be interesting to hear Wayne doing early Sisters songs again, I'd certainly go to that.
Enjoy it if you decide to go.
It would be great if Wayne would make a guest apperance at the Leeds gigs next Feb at least.
