I own lotsa white things, but not a single garment with any red on it

not even on my socks

It's cos I hate Liverpool FC (I'm an Everton supporter) and I DESPISE Man United (I live near Manchester! all Man U fans are braindead)

So I refuse to buy anything, no matter how cheap or nice, with a single splash of red on it.

Anyone else avoid a certain colour for a similarly pathetic reason?

Please don't talk about Sheffield United away kits, I still suffer from nightmares about that hideous luminous yellow one from a few years back.
Just looking at it gave me a headache.

aye, that was pretty dodgy. it was the season after my white one... iirc it was our "2nd away kit" and was introduced half way through the season to commemorate the hideous yellow and purple one we wore during our promotion season into the premiership when they first re-jigged the leagues and "invented" the premier league...

pub trivia fact: first goal scored in the premiership was sheff utd against man utd, and brian deane scored for us :)

I actually liked the "we'll try to ignore everything you put out in the last thirteen years" bit - like there's been a lot they put out over that time!!!

I also avoid red. But for no good reason, just dont like the color. But I do actually have a pair of socks with a little red on it. Black and red striped, knee socks. But they rock

Today im wearin all black, even underwear :innocent:

once somebody asked me: "have you any other clother besides black ones?"
it made me think about it.
then it came into my mind that i have also one white shirt with black stripes but each rare time i wear it my wife says it doesn't suit me.
and one white shirt but i don't remember when i wore it last time.
and a dark green t-shirt which is so worn out that i wear it only at home.
and, of course, several black tees with prints.

Scarily enough, I knew that. I think you won 2-1? it seems incredible that just a few years ago, Sheffield United were a staple of the top division.

But then again, not too long ago, LUTON were a constant top flight team.

I used to be a hardcore statto.
