What did you expect then?
You can see from miles that this one isn't official nor factory pressed! Why didn't you ask here before you placed a bid? We could have saved you the money and frustration.
Go figure!!!

Exist some bootleg factory pressing.
And first important rule of EBay: no copies.

What? Every single live record/cd/cassette/dvd of the Sisters on ebay is a copy!
I hope you didn't believe you were getting a real
official Sisters dvd. There are none. There never have been any,and sadly, there never will be.

Must be this one, the ONLY negative feedback the seller got out of 520 ratings...
Go Figure, GaBriela39!

I think it's actually sad that most people don't recognized or care that they have been ripped off with cheap counterfeit items. So I think it's actually good that someone broke the ice and finally wrote this sucker a negative feedback.

Except for genuine VHS copies of Wake.

It IS kind of a contradictio in terminis isn't it? A LEGIT bootleg?
On top of that...what do you expect for this price? An original copy of the Damage Done as a bonus? I think not........

Gwen, the problem is this: When people not so clever (and I'm not referring to GaBriela39, but unclever people in general) have opinions, you get the situation we have in the Netherlands nowadays (I'm refering to Geert Wilders and his followers with their "unclever" opinions about what to do with foreigners)

Sorry about that situation, Paul, we have that in Belgium too...
Shamefully I have to admit that earlier I bought an item too which afterwards seemed fake (dvd shot rev 3.0.).

I don't see what this ugly wilders dude has to do with a fake-bootleg mispurchase. Even if you are smart enough to check the item describtion and the feedback profile - there is no hint that you'll receive a set of trash for your money. Of course you can try and start a way more deeply investigation beyond the facts you can find on ebay - but not everybody feel the need to spend time for this, especially when it comes to stuff that isn't really pricey.
I wish more people would rant after such deals and, that's even more important: leave an honest buyer-feedback like GaBriela did. Don't forget that all previous (live recordings) buyers from this seller seemed to be satisfied with the trash they got for the money or maybe too ashamed to leave a negative feedback - that's stupid if you ask me.

It may be trash to you, Doc, but maybe those buyers ARE satisfied with the goods they bought! Those people don't care about "factory pressed" or "legal bootleg", they want a disc they can shove in their DVD player and voila!

Maybe or maybe not. I already wrote that^^ Since all those previous buyers are not the same person, I'd assume that there are "different" reasons involved. But I can't and won't imagine that all people are that undemanding and not able to realise they got (a bit) ripped off paying 17€ + shipping for a blank disc, case and b/w print (about 1€ worth material).
Btw. - other sellers of this kind are at least honest enough to create a proper item description including facts that might scare of some potential buyers (like stuff on CD/DVD-Recordable).

If you're selling a CDR or DVDR then you should state that in the ad. Simple as that.

Agreed. They want a recording of a special concert which is then - after
all - an "audience recording" with "audience artwork" as no "real bootleg" exists ...
For vinyl, things look slightly different but as to CDs and DVDs ...
Maybe exactly for this reason each and every existing recording oughta
be listed in the Wiki, incuding a rating of the price, the quality of the
material and the sound/picture - and the origin, the date of release ...
We've got something like this in the bootleg section of Patti's
http://www.ultimatesistersguide.org/
or on sistersboots's page
http://www.sistersbootlegs.de/index.html
or on other fan and trader's pages.
And there is popsike and discogs ...
I think, it the bootleg section of the Wiki should list all these recordings
comprehensively as well ... or a list like that oughta be created here, in
the Trading Section... because people do not know these pages and find
them only with time, or later after they already bought something they
had expected to be more than what they got.
If it is easy to find information on the value of whatever kind of bootleg,
sellers on Ebay might be a bit more reluctant to demand too much or to
hide essential facts about the goods they offer - and they can avail themselves
of these pages as well, for some have really no idea what to write and how
much to ask for.
