Anyone else read locked threads to see why they were closed?

I can't resist them. Regardless of the subject matter and its interest to me, once I see that locked sign, I can't help but click on it to see what happened to prompt that measure.

I kind of like the idea of looking at a thread I started to see why it got locked. And so trivial is its nature that actually, it could get the ultimate sanction and be binned after a few days.

I about cried when P locked up my oh-so-awesome thread.
I don't even remember now what the thread was
but it about broke my heart at the time.
