Well, the beaches are beautiful, and they have North- and Baltic sea, it should be awesome in summer. I grew up quite near Denmark at the Baltic Sea, and I miss the seas and the beautiful landscape so much.
My favourite at the Baltic sea is camping (or doing day trips), taking long walks, swimming and windsurfing. Kite Surfing is possible too.
And for the North Sea, I like day-trips with the boat - you can book these - around all the little islands and sandbanks and watch seals. Seals are absolutely adorable little guys.
There should be neat Viking museums too with real Viking ships and stuff, if you like that kind of thing (saying "should", because I haven't been to any of the Denish yet).
