Is anyone getting the same screen as I, when trying to acess the DIME startup page, informing that the domain name is seized by Homeland Security?

It's working okay for me. However, this sounds like their annual April Fools prank. Usually if you click the dummy page it takes you to the homepage.

It's appearing for me now. You may notice that the domain has been seized by Music and Film Industry associated - MaFIA. Probably not an official government body.
