Where to get a good steak in Leeds?

No........not a wooden steak to drive through the heart of a vampire you sad goff twats :roll: :twisted: but a proper well cooked lump of beef from a coo's erse :wink:
The Scotty's are coming to Leeds this Saturday and will be in need some rare meat that spent some time looking over a wall..........where?.........tell me!............tell me now!!! :kiss:

I was most pleasantly surprised at the quality of the steak & chips at the O'Neill's on Great George Street. That was a few years ago now though.

I can't recommend anywhere in Leeds cos I don't know the place (well,apart from Anthony's restaurant for special occasions)
I could recommend a restaurant in Glasgow... :lol:

There is (or used to be) an Argentinian-style steak-house on The Calls that has a good reputation. I don't "do" meat so I can't vouch for it.

I've asked some carnivore friends and apparently Le Grillade on Wellington St does a fantastic chateaubriand.
