The summer of discontent

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

It has come to our attention that some of you peoples have become a little bristly.

We can only assume that it's down to the recent bouts of hot weather.

Maybe you just aren't used to it and it's making you irritable.

Whatever. We want you to stop.

The sniping, the bickering, the petty digs. Just stop. No excuses, no laying the blame with others, no anything. Just stop.

Act like the mature grown-ups you pretend to be, get out and enjoy the sunshine - it's good for you, it's good for your disposition, and most importantly it makes you not pale, which has to be a good thing.

OK?

OK.

Lovely.
