Hotel near Leeds University?

Decided i will be going to the Damnation Festival in November. (to see Godflesh) Any hotel recommendations near the university in the £30-£50 a night range?

cheap (as it goes), (absolutely) no frills, and about 10 mins walk up to the uni.
as used by many, many heartlanders on their leeds sisters & heartland-related jaunts
