Thanks! That's a pretty good interview!
" CC: Andrew never talks about the past. It's like it hasn't happened. Either that, or he can't remember it. " :notworthy:

But he does seem to be stuck in the past - no new records and a set that comprises of tracks not written by his 'new' band. The interview blows like hot air across a very barren desert.

Granted, we'd all love a new album but I'd still rather go and see :von: and co reinterpret Body Electric etc than see the March Violets et all with a new set that sounds like 1984. That's pointless nostaglia from my perspective and I don't buy that it's a genre sound. Am a bit grumpy this afternoon! ;D

I don't know about any of that, but I think Andrew and Chris make a great couple for an interview

Seems they borrowed a certain Heartlander's Paris footage.

DiS: Who is in the current line-up of The Sisters Of Mercy and what does each member contribute to the band's sound?
AE: Ben Christo is an idiot who plays guitar. Chris Catalyst is an idiot who plays guitar. I'm an idiot who mumbles. Nurse tends the Doktor (Avalanche, the band's drum machine). He's borderline, but you can call him an idiot.
