Why does Von bother with interviews -he's got nothing remotely new to say and all the necessary questions have been asked

I guess, it's just the normal way things go: You make music, you play concerts - you are asked for interviews ...
you can of course reject, but why, if there is an interest? And whatever they write, at least your existence becomes known and spread ...
