Next time the Sisters perform, it will be at the Powerstation. My aim is to get Nurse to sign my March Violets CD.

I can't understand why people aren't running around excitedly in this thread with only 23 days to go. The posters are all over Auckland.
Myself and a few disreputable confederates will be getting liquored up at Galbraith's, across the road from the venue, beforehand, and it might be nice to see others there.

I am running around my loungeroom and have been since the NZ show became 'next'...
We are flying over for the gig - just doing the one night then flying home, then going to the 2 Melbourne stand alone gigs!! Huzzah!
If there are posters on the walls that can be scraped off, I sure would love one!!

Saw a MASSIVE poster outside Real Groovy shop on Thurs. Also - the New Order poster was quite something (would much like that one).
I imagine a lot of Sisters fans will be in Galbraiths on the night. Get them a CD behind the bar to put on for the evening...

yep
not sure the tannoy in the background did me any favours, but my manager at the time was also a friend, and i think he turned a bit of a blind eye as i'd been putting in a lot of hours unpaid in the run up to my time off "sick"
there wasn't ever any come-back on it, put it that way. though i did have to be very careful about sharing holiday stories for a few months afterwards

Enterprising!!!
Ask me again after I've packed my luggage with Merch... if I have a red cent left it's yours
We have bought carry on luggage seats just so I can stock up. Growing old disgracefully - that's the plan!

Hahahaha. They are definitely on their way this time - en route as we speak (thank God!)
I hope they enjoy NZ, I hope they think it was worth coming down here. I have been to gigs before where the band are genuinely blown away by the enthusiasm of the NZ crowd - where they have said that it was the best concert of any given tour, and really meant it.
I know the gig isn't sold out, so let's hope that the atmosphere is everything it should be. TSOM are a unique band - worthy of a massive reception. I really hope they get it.
For example, I saw on Trade Me (the local eBay) two tickets to this gig being sold as the seller wanted to go and see System of a Down (playing the same night) instead. I just shook my head - really...? I hope that's not the general attitude.
