I fill in loads of these for various friends, associates and school related children and families. Just been given one by a 'friend' and was wondering if I could get away with filling in the box which asks 'in what capacity do you know this person' with 'He's the git that broke my fragile 16 year old heart'

Do you think the Passport Office will send it back?
