To save you trawling through hundreds of threads :

- loads of discussion about why there are still no new studio recordings
- a few people getting upset over others' comments
- the usual arguments about which era of the band was best
- some particularly outageous suggestions about Von and Hussey
- and some fascinating chat about whether someone who someone else once met at a party may or may not have a recording of a particular Scandavian gig fo twenty years ago

i.e. same old, same old :innocent:

Gigs cancelled by promoters ... which - almost incredible - replaced by new gigs through promoters!!! ... ;D ...

The Sisters of Mercy played Lebanon, Israel (2009) and Romania (2010),
recently Japan (July) and are heading to New Zealand, Australia ... and as
it seems to South America again as well (Feb/March 2012) ... ;D ...

Well, even 2006 was in effect "only" a quarter of the year "at work" ... ...

And nowadays, they have longer breaks between series of gigs ... which is surely to the best for everybody ... ;D ...

1983-1985 or 1991 - that was vicious circle ... ...
