one of my friends, joe, was on tv recently... he was on a daytime reality show for itv called "may the best house win"
it's like "come done with me" but without the dining. strangers come in, have a nosey around your house, and then you entertain them for an hour.
he lost
but the show was featured on "harry hill's tv burp" on saturday teatime, and joe was invited onto the show to perform as his alter ego "joyce d'vision"

I saw TV Burp, thought Joyce D'Vision were fcking fantastic.
The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

the "guy" in the pink dress is another mate, kurt dirt. he's in a band called the bad taste barbies.
i did some drum machine tech'ing for a while, and joe is their "dancer". think gimp outfits, or skintight lycra sweat suits, and lots of jumping around in the crowd. typically a live performance by them is more of a circus cum freak show than a gig. they are a lot like a john waters wet dream

As the day is long.
Just when you think you've seen it all --- along comes Joyce D'Vision and lets you know how wrong you were!
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
Oh, fantastic!

Mildly more amusing than seeing someone you know on Crimewatch.

Not sure whether I think it's braver for the guy to do that on TV or for QB to confess to being a pal of his on HL.
