Covert Eldritch relase conspiracy theories

While the Time Warner subsidiary flatly refused to let the Sisters go under the terms they proposed, the frontman and the soul of the band Andrew Eldritch was amusing himself by recording what he described in the Virgin.Net interview as "ambient-pop-industrial-techno hybrid with tunes and intelligence" and releasing it under unknown name(s) (rumor has it that there were two albums released, though none was tracked down by fans), doing remixes for Die Krupps, writing regular German columns about computers, communicating with his fans through Underneath the Rock fanzines and, according to Mojo interview, spending "10 months [a year] at home with my cats, locked into my computer".
Apparently Tarwater have come up here before as a potential candidate, I'm checking that out now, certainly sounds like
, certainly sounds like ambient-pop-industrial-techno. Anybody have any other ideas? While the fact they're a german group, I almost think it's likely to be him given that the lyrics are in English.
Of course he could have done something entirely instrumental and then we would never know >.<

given that tarwater are quite open about who's in them, and that they are still writing & recording, i'd say "extremely unlikely", bordering just plain old "no"

personally i think we're giving far too much credence to the old "he's so smart and ace, he must have been doing secret stuff we don't know about". it's jus hyperbole and big talk designed to confuse, and to keep up his self-created mystique.
around that time he
was noodling around in his bedroom in LS6 with various bits of synths. there are several witnesses that can testify to having seen that/heard that. and i truly believe that the nearest anyone got to hearing any of that stuff was SSV. the rest was just bedroom noodling that amounted to nothing.

Unless... ALL the Von conspiracy theories are true, and it's all so smart and elaborate that new Sisters material has been staring us in the face all this time... ever noticed how you never see the girls and Take That in the same room together?

In his spare time, Andrew Eldritch travels back in time and pretends to be Søren Kierkegaard.

Because it ist true .... Von is a wonderful and great musician. And he has written wonderful music all the time. Only we shall not know, because otherwise some will will to make him pay only because he is just so good. For fact is, that while on one hand some might be capable of drawing satisfaction from other peoples envy/misery, others are not. And after all, the destruction people cause to those they envy (for whatever small reason) can never be healed by any small successes like fame, wealth, freedom of movement ... so it's better to fake being no good or, if you just can't but, to be good as secretly (or as short) as ever posssible. It's an easy word to never give in to violence or to intimidation or to never give ground, when you don't have strong enough protection to shelter your body and/or your self from attacks. And even if you're strong enough, that can change every day, and anyway, we're all still in Casablanca ... romance and assassination... thanks, I have no incentive to live in a world like that. I can even rub my body and squeeze my heart and soul myself if I want to be violent. Or rather please myself as I don't want that and maybe give away the good things I can create to those I just feel for. For among a majority of creatures teased into possession, there's nothing to give and nothing to get, anyway.
But oh, I see...
:
...this is only another of my psycho nightmares....
Record company contracts have been the reason why things could not be done and, in effect, Von kept to his contracts. So there are no secret releases...
And as to Von, were there not
A New Kind Of Assassin by James Ray And The Performance as well as
Dios Esta De Nuestro Lado by James Ray's Gangwar ...
AND two albums by the MK Ultra, another James Ray incarnation as much as an unknown band doing "ambient-pop-industrial-techno hybrid with tunes and intelligence" all of which released with Merciful Release?

Eldritch has nothing to do with the songwriting for James Ray's various projects.

Of course not! He only did the release job ... for those and for other projects/bands, and sometimes (part of) the production as well ...

Just spotted this in UTR.
"I see no reason why the resolution of any section should not be emotionally-mixed. Songs shoud be able to do that when required, at any single moment. Without a line which runs "Hey baby, I've got mixed emotions, and this is what they're called..." A mixed emotion can be a very coherent feeling, and one of my goals is to reflect that coherence.
Not many lyricists can do it. Few lyricists make the attempt (no wonder, when the usual way of looking at songs is so one-dimensional). In theory, you can do it with just a single chord. I've written a song called "New World Order" which does it, but "New World Order" is a saxophone solo wihch takes ten minutes to convey one mixed emotion, and not sequentially either.
It's one of the best things I've ever written, but you can prepare yor complaints now: I shouldn't need to use a saxophone, and I really shouldn't be selling out to the huge market for ten-minute saxophone solos. I knew it was wrong, but I couldn't resist, and I'll be very grateful to you for pointing out the error of my ways... Rest assured that "New World Order" is yet another of those things which will probably not be coming out as a Sisters record.
Various things (including the factors you mention) can affect the timing and manner of a public release, or tempt me to release records on a different name. The factors you mention do not affect the music or the lyrics, although they have helped to postpone the writing of any lyrics at all - which can turn to facilitate the release of records under a different name.
[...]
Recently, I've been writing a lot of instrumental music. I've been writing a lot of "ambient techno" music, because I want to redefine the genre the same way that Gift tried to redefine the genre as it was then. That's a thread which goes all the way back to the very early days of the Sisters. I haven't been writing lyrics in a deliberately different style. I haven't been writing lyrics at all.

Oh, no sorries!
If you misunderstood, then surely others did as well and IMHO it's always better to clarify things ...
