Just picked up the Rough Trade rerelease of this on CD.
Seems that the Sisters have always had the same problem, one of the contributers is a certain Alan Vela

Very strange...
While weare here, could someone point me in the best direction for Suicide, is there a best of? or a seminal album, I'm not really one for downloading so an artifact would be nice.
Thanks for the heads up stufarq!

I've got one "Gift" CD with name Alan Vega on it and another with Alan Vela.

Then you probably have the original 1986 release and the Rough Trade relelease from 1989, would that be correct?
Paul.

The first Suicide album (simply called "Suicide") is a very good place to start.

It's a classic album.

My guess is that they found the edition with the typo and created a link for anyone who didn't know and tried looking up that name.
