hey-ho
i need some information for my job
i'm mostly text corrector, but sometimes i'm involved in other activities, as i'm less wild Russian and i speak English a bit
our company's products include LED lamps for office, market and road lighting, and we want to invade EU markets with them
but first we should pass through certification
1) can anyone tell us where to ask for it exactly?
2) and, maybe, anyone here is interested in such product?
thanks in advance

i'm not 100 % sure but, if you gonna in get EU certifiats in one of EU country you'll have a right to do same thing in others countries. Of course there are some socialistic rule that coutry can protect their markets but, it possible. Hint go for post-soviet republic and other former eastern block countires or Italy or Greece - for extra non-deductible money you can do anything.
But i dunno any cerfication office of EU; try one of 1428 offices of European Commision.

just to enter the market officially
Well there are loads of certification bodies around.
For example http://www.cemarking.net/about/ seems to have experience in Russia.
But best to shop around. You should be able to find one not too far away.
