Randomly in the corner of youTube when looking at the video from Auckland, this appeared. Audio only.
Interesting....

For a certain value of interesting, of course...

I kind of liked that.

I was so excited when I saw the title - it could've been so good. Yet, it's awful, awful, awful, out of tune, out of rythm, bleh.

I don't really think this is worth all the fuss...
This is not even a cover, just a band (not even the whole band, there is no gtr on it) showing their appreciation of the sisters.
They probably did not even rehearse it for more than a couple bars during soundcheck, it's just a jam between a drummer, a bass player and a singer. I would regard this more as an inbetween-song interlude than as an attempt to cover a song.

Exactly, just a bit of complementary fun

ok, it was a bit of an informal jam between songs, but still... they murdered it. wtf was his voice doing? the first '...mariaaaaan' bit was so off-key
nearly as bad as eldritch's improv where he butchered "stop dragging my heart around"

its the guitarist singing, not the singer.

You said that like Mr Eldritch can sing. "Stop dragging my heart" it's just one of many painful example of his talentless to sing. (Famous squeeling)
And i have to agree with
lsind - it's a improve in-betwix songs, not a cover.
There was a theard "other musicians wearing TSOM tee" and everyone (who participated in that thread) were so damn happy if they spotted that one's wearing damn tee, here we got little trubiute with showing their appreciations for TSOM's music, with showing the source, and most of Hler's are criticising it. I really don't get it, esp. that i could bet that many of SOAD fans never heard about TSOM.
You (we) should be happy that anyone remember band that didn't release anyting since 1993.

In that 'goth' magazine it Andrew says he was at one of their gigs in Australia, probably soundwave as SOM and SOAD were on the same bill and he watched them from the side of the stage. When Daron noticed him he played Marian.

In that case I'll scratch my comment from above. If they played this without thinking then fair play to em.
Vocals sound like Serj to me, not Daron.
