For the non-German-speaking types, the top half is an email from one Arnold Schmidt to his company's tech support group, complaining that his email address is Arsch@domainname.com. "Arsch" is, of course, German slang for "bottom".

The bottom half is the reply from tech support, explaining that email names are generated automatically, and that unfortunately there's nothing that they can do about it. The sender notes that it is particularly unfortunate in his case, because his email name is German slang for "lady front bottom".
