Leeds Gig - DANSE SOCIETY with support from The Marching Men

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

A touch more spamming of another gig (with thanks to the Mod Squad) announced today.

Veteran 80s post-punk rockers THE DANSE SOCIETY are unexpectedly playing Leeds next Thursday, and of course support is being provided by yours truly and our paean to the SISTERS.

Cheers!

Hopefully the postponement of Bomfest will have no impact on this warm-up gig ...

Yes really looking forward to seeing The Marching Men. Should be a great night.
Has anybody else heard that The Danse Society are supporting The Cult?

Stop being cryptic, Maisey. Everyone prefers you as the blunt bastard you really are.

I don't know if they're a forum member here - I'd be surprised if they weren't - but the legendary Mechanized Europe uploaded four videos from our set at this gig...

We owe this heroic individual some heroically strong drinks.

:notworthy:

Thanks to everyone who came down, and to Danse Society for being top hosts!
