You forgot Ofrah's TOL.
Not that I would choose it.
My vote goes to Dominion. For being a great song, great video and excellent B-side.

Pay attention
Pat. It says in tiny letters on my post - I couldn't fit TOL 92 in.

For some reason it physically wouldn't allow that many questions.

I went for Temple in the end. I love the b-sides off of Body And Soul, but the title track isn't a touch on Temple.

We serve an old man in a dry season
A lighthouse keeper in the desert sun
Dreamers of sleepers and white treason
We dream of rain and the history of the gun
There's a lighthouse in the middle of Prussia
A white house in a red square
I'm living in films for the sake of Russia
A Kino Runner for the DDR
And the fifty-two daughters of the revolution
Turn the gold to chrome
Gift...nothing to lose
Stuck inside of Memphis with the mobile home, sing:
definetely that's the one

It was a tough call between Alice and Temple of Love (and I'm talking 12" singles here, natch), but I voted for Alice. Floorshow and 1969 gave it the edge.

Very hard decision. Body Electric? Temple Of Love? Walk Away (for On The Wire)? No Time To Cry (for Bury Me Deep)? Dominion? More (for YCBTO)? Temple Of Love (1992)? Or Under The Gun?
It will take me some time to think this over ...

Temple Of Love all the way
With Heartland & Gimme Shelter backing it up too.
FTW

So. My hunger for YCBTO has been fed by the other poll, so More is out. Dominion ... well, no. Also out.
No Time To Cry ... I'm not at one on this with
... so no, also out (* still very sorry for BMD, though,
and yes, things have clearly changed with the recent versions, but hell, we're talking about old singles).
Walk Away ... uhhhm, this sound in Poison Door and On The Wire is simply great, not so in Walk Away itself ...
Under The Gun - is fine but surely not the best of all and beyond that eternally up for some return to reason ...
Remaining options:
Body Electric
Temple Of Love (both)
Damned, I chose for Temple Of Love (both versions) ...
...
but this tastes funny now, for in that case I could as well have chosen Under The Gun ...
... oh hell.
OK, again. There is Heartland and Gimme Shelter on the '83 12"
and I Was Wrong / Vision Thing
and Ofra Haza on the 1992 releases.
Finish. Temple Of Love is the one, the package of the two of them ...
...
