Shirt alert, one you may or may not have seen before. Fergie donning a Body & Soul artwork t shirt for an old iTunes ad (2008) and for a solo single, I clocked this link when looking at a blog about t shirt 'heresy' i.e the idea being that you should only wear a band t shirt if you are a fan not because your stylist says so!!!
The guy who writes the blog is not amused. Quote:
"As has been well-documented, I have a lot of hang-ups when it comes to band t-shirt etiquette. As a forty-year-old father or two, I should probably get over it (especially when I outfit my own children in Motorhead and Devo shirts). But if Fergie can name – let alone hum -- a single Sisters of Mercy song (apart from maybe "This Corrosion"), I'd be damn surprised. Thus, for wearing a shirt with the "Body & Soul" single art on it, she earns my eternal hatred. Honestly, she'd already won that honor for blighting the world with "My Humps," but for dishonoring the mighty Sisters with her insipid vileness, I must now officially condemn her."

She's into Black Flag too apparently. At least we are safe from another of da 'Peas jumping on the same bandwagon, Will.I.Am only wears his own stuff with his own lyrics on!!!!
Wonder what happens when you press the 'button' on your jacket Will?! He's cannily ahem...'used' the XBOX on/off switch motif. Hope he doesn't get the infamous red rings of death.

Wankers.
I totally agree with the hatred of people who wear fashion t shirts. It makes me want to wretch when I see teenagers wearing Ramones / Led Zep t shirts.
Individuality? No thanks.

Yeah, but...
I would wear a Led Zep T-shirt, cos I quite like 'em.
And I was 10 when Bonzo died, and 9 when Zep last released a proper album.
Just sayin'

I was at a recent gig and a guy next to me had a brand new Unknown Pleasures tee shirt on. His conversation included the line " So who was the bass player in New Order?" I shook my head.......

But yeah, my point being, we don't
know that Fergie isn't a huge Sisters fan, or that the person in
blackandgold65's post isn't a Ramones fan. It may be extremely unlikely, but we don't know, because we can't read minds.

But if we found out that the Black Eyed Peas were fans of the Sissies and that AE admired the work of Will.I .Am would we think differently of them....shallow enough I am

Stuff innocent until proven guilty. Assume they're ignorant, and you'll be proven right more times than not!
Honorable exception goes to the stunning blonde Nic from Newcastle, who wears a Ramones shirt and is itching for some old punk to sneer and ask her what her favourite album is.
