I was just posting on the facebook group about this being the 22 anniversary (to the day) of my first Sister gig in Wem-ber-ley, & was curious about what was other peoples first & indeed last Sisters gig.
My last would have been the Amphi fest in July & to be honest, I enjoyed that far more than Wembley!
Anyone else with a memory left to share!

My first was Pukkelpop 1992 when they were headlining after The Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, Magnapop, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds etc... That day changed my life
Last gig was that same Amphi Thing in Cologne...

Wish I could remember Wembley. Twas there but a vodka or two....I think I was faintly disappointed with it and enjoyed later gigs much better. I do remember seeing And Also the Trees at the Marquee on the same weekend, who were great.

First was Glasgow 2006 (despite being a fan since Floodland). Last was also Glasgow 2011. And it may well be my last if they don't get their bleedin' act together.

Oh and just adding the last one was probably my last one...unless their playing up the road and expense is minimaal. Long gone are the days off work and hotels....unless of course they squirt out something new...

First saw the Sisters in 1983, and the latest gig was in Auckland earlier this year. Feels like a long connection. However, I have to say that I wouldn't go out of my way again unless there was something new to see.
