New band - Dawn of Elysium

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

If I may take the opportunity, could I please draw your attention to my band Dawn of Elysium. We have been going since March and done a couple of gigs and an EP so far. You may have seen our name mentioned on the flyer for the last Kerosene night hosted by Phono Paul.

The EP, Sense of Belonging is available to listen to on a variety of hosting sites such as Bandcamp and Reverbnation and available for purchase on iTunes as well as a number of other retail outlets.

The song we have been pimping out the most is called Doused in Green.

I have played in bands for the last 20 years or so but this is my first attempt at goth/gothic rock. Still early days yet but we are all enjoying it and have had some good feedback so far.

Please feel free to have a listen if you have the time or inclination, see what you think. We always welcome feedback.

Oh and if there are any promoters or bands out there, we are on the lookout for slots if you like what you hear and have a gig you could possibly squeeze us onto.

Thankyouplease!
