And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. Thanks for posting, Pikkrong. Numan was one of the few artists who was prepared in interviews to reveal himself as a rabid Sisters fan in the 1990s and credited :von: (and Trent Reznor amongst others) with his change of direction, but this page gives more detail about how he fell in love with the band's sound.

I saw Numan in the audience at the NEC at the Sister's gig. I was somewhat surprised.
