Eldritch in new 'Microsoft Surface' tv spot?

Here in Germany we have a new tv spot for Microsoft Surface with a man wearing sunglass in the middle of the spot. I just had the chance to look it twice in high tv quality, but always thought it is Von?

No...plus I can't imagine he'd be up doing commercials for any commercial OS out there since we know that he's more interested in free/opensource OS.
