Inspired by blackandgold65's "running playlist"

Goffs aren't known for pounding treadmills & doing crunches, but I guess some of us are.
What's a good Sisters playlist that gets you feeling the "Burn"?

There.... Fixed that for you...

I don't usually listen to music when lifting (and I don't do much of that anymore either) but UTG & Ribbons are great for difficult attempts.
VT the entire album. I like the long mixes of Doctor Jeep, TC, Dominion etc.. ROMEO DOWN. War on Drugs, Arms, Summer, Body Electric ('84/'93). Comfortably Numb/SKOS.
Fleetwood Mac: Sisters of the Moon, Rhiannon (live) etc with the killer finales and the girly mystical voodoo.
Cockney Rebel: Sebastian, Ritz, Mr. Soft
Ghost Dance: River Of No Return (live), Down To The Wire, Fool's Gold
Emmylou Harris: Wayfaring Stranger
John Cale: Leaving It Up To You, Dying On The Vine
Cohen: anything; Don't Go Home With Your Hard-On

'A Slight Case Of Overbombing' is good for running. UTG to warm up and then TOL to pick up the pace.
These days I like 'Overkill' or just the sound of my gasping to do my interval training to (kettlebell snatches if your interested).
Heavy lifting requires heavy metal.

yes forgotten about TOL- always makes me wanna do the snaking hand waving dance thing however, which can look a bit insane whilst running on the road...
kettle bells are great for overall toning etc....I had a good instructor for a while, my arms had never looked so toned (all gone to pot again now)!!!, must stop using them as door stops and get into them again

The only exercise I do is walking, to and from work is ~4miles a day. However, just that walk means that I reckon I've lost at least a stone (and nearly 2 inches off my waist) since I moved jobs from where I had to drive...
Music to walk to? Whatever I've got on the iPod at the time, and if I can't decide I have a random album selector on my website. (Although its list needs updating.)
