Alternatively in the "ask seller a question" section ask "Why are you selling bootleg recordings illegally?" "Why are you selling a recording that the person who recorded asked not be sold?" "Why are you selling a recording you can get for free on trading sites?" etc.

Evil bay pay very little attention to the reports unfortunately.
Doesn't mean you can't report it though.
However, unless you own the IP rights, your best bet is to report it as Prohibited media such as DVDR/ CDR.

edit edit: Also worth EVERYONE spamming the seller with questions. He'll prolly ignore them, but it will irritate him.
