C'mon Heartland this place needs a shake to get the vibe back: interesting gits, big babys like
Richie James ordinary Joes, Josephines, Trad Goths (me and
Hom weren't allas baldy), weird pierced f
uckers like
Mark, ex-Death Metalists like
Iz, twits like
Tim Sinister (he's not sinister BTW, he's a thourghly decent bloke!), museum workers, chefs, the unemployed, students, the daft, oh aye we needs more dafts.

C'mon HL this used to be a vibrant place full of lotsa chit chat, friends and evil metal dickweeds with a full on robot chubby.
Some folks fell away and ain't coming back, no matter how hard I try behind the scenes, and I have tried.
Looks like we need to recruit some new Good Guysâ„¢ (not exclusively male), there must be some out there, Hell! it happened before.
It must happen again, I carnt let a great forum like this sputter out.
We owe it to the
Boss!
your humble servant

Bring your Big Chested Girls back for starters, James, that might help.
And a new Valentine thread in the Lyrics section.

Hard to argue that HL needs a shake. Lowest number of posts for five years last month, stats fans.
But when the most exciting thing to happen this year (apart from releases from side projects of current and former hired hands) in a TSOM vein is some bloke wearing a Sisters t-shirt in a film, it does kinda get harder to constantly make your own fun ...

i love HL. coming on here will always be the quickest way to touch base with the largest group of my friends/like-minded individuals in existence and more-or-less the only place where the infrequency of my participation is only ever met with a genuine non-judgemental welcome.
sometimes the forum can be highly predictable with regard to the topics being discussed but they're not why i come here.
sometimes the people i'd love to chew the fat with the most are absent, presumed not-returning, but that's never the reason i sometimes stay away for long periods of time myself.
i love HL and i love all of you HLers... even the ones i don't.
"without each other we are alone..."
good to see your name on here again
brother blast. never surrender -even in the face of oblivion.

OK, so how about a Sisters fans' day? We pick a day, and arrange a Sisters themed meet up in a town of our choice. It may be a coffee bar, a pub or even a disco where tunes can be played loudly. It needn't be anything too elaborate or expensive.
Then we share the stories and pictures here.
I suppose we could set up a thread where folk could nominate their town and a place to meet.
The starter for ten (to get folk talking) is if the Sisters ever release a new album, what would it be called?

Well, You can count me in, if young'ns are allowed.
I reckon london would be best. Although there being many members from leeds, leeds is another option.

I was thinking more of the lines that rather than have one meeting, which few people will be able to attend because of location, transportation etc we each arrange something in our local area and see what happens.
I'm happy to put something together for Reading/Berkshire (UK not Pennsylvania) and someone does something for London, then Manhattan, then we take Berlin...

Do it man/women, people all over the shop have done it, me included, seems we've splintered/lost interest/formed clicques. Personally, I'm not up for much movement as I'm 50+ and a decerepit auld geezer. I'm very fortunate, my HL mates come visit me, I do feed them and occasionally ply them with booze!
