For anyone in the South of the UK, easyjet still have return flights from London Gatwick for only £60 to Luxembourg. Flight out Friday afternoon, back on Sunday.
Was tempted myself as venue location looks most unusual but won't manage it.

It used to be unusual (a disused industrial estate), these days it's just in the middle of a shopping centre sadly.

still remember gig in 2006 and walking to the hall surrounded by wreckage of steel plants, mines or something like that

Thanks for re-posting the photos. I suppose it was a bit naive of me to think that they would have left one of the more atmospheric structures as a memorial to the steelworks. Belval's name might seem a little less ironic this time round.
At least TSOM have been booked straight into the Club this time and will avoid the ignominy of being downgraded from the cavernous main hall. This must be the closest decent venue to France without :von: having to actually set foot in a country he has always professed a dislike for.

They have played France a handful of times you know
He even mumbled some French words on those occasions...
We forgive as we forget, innit

Seeing as he was initially good enough to study French at Oxford I'm not surprised that he could still manage to mumble a few words in the language. He did make the French wait 25 years for the first gig there which I always thought was incredibly petty/impressive (delete as appropriate). There must have been an Oxford French lecturer he really hated !

For those who will be in the area the day before the gig we will organize a Sisters party the day before, 25 km from the Rockhal !!
