Does anyone know what this could be? I got this along with the picture disc and before someone screams "homemade" , the letters are printed on the sleeve and are almost textured, which i think is a bit of a fuss to make at home. The picture along with the black backround is definetely homemade and was added later on by a previous owner, there are marks as someone tried to remove the picture along with the black backround.
Any help is most welcome.

I'm only aware (no pun) of the pic disc, and a normal LP version with the same artwork as the pic disc.

Looks like a cutting from the Floodland insert with modified colour values ...

Presumably the disc inside is one of the known versions rather than a dodgy repressing?
