Going to Amsterdam in March , for 3 days to the Rebellion Punk Festival. Which is on the Saturday only. Has anyone been before to this ? Any info would be helpfull thanyou regarding the festival.

And could anyone recommend any good rock type bars in Amsterdam ?

Just looked at the line-up for this and it is not dissimilar (Damned, 999 etc) to the Butlins Alternative Festival in Minehead later this month which also features Chameleons Vox, Buzzcocks, Toyah, GLJ amongst others for the princely sum of £89 for 3 nights including accommodation.
The main Rebellion festival in Blackpool also seems more mainstream this year, with KJ, 3 Johns, UK Decay and Spizz along with the usual punk and oi suspects. A curious move seeing as it's just before Alt Fest.

Yes the Blackpool Reb fest is a lot better line up ,what with Joke and Chameleons etc and I am going to that too.

Just fancy going to Amsterdam for a fest and holiday as never been to Amsterdam before.
