You know, the one with Blood Money, Poison Door, etc. Not too bad so unsure why people seem to be unhappy with the production
At least
was releasing material back then

who? when? why?
product is great, sounds at least 10 times better than so~called remasters version (CD) from '90, better mix, plus bonus songs.

Agreed. I have to admit I am stuck in the early to mid 80's Sisters sound

Damn, how else can they f with this record? I will stick with the version I have. Btw, for some reason I have FALAA and 4 different CD versions. I am sure that pales in comparison with other addicts on here, but does seem a sad waste to me

Why do people seem to have such a dislike of FALAA? This was the record that cemented them in my heart

Because the early singles were so damn promising (Alice/Floorshow! Temple/Heartland!) the album could never top that.
To me Some Girls Wander By Mistake is their best album

Apart from "Why oh why doesn't
release a new album ?", that is probably one of the most discussed questions on HL these last few years. I suppose we have to make our own fun these days.

Nope, bad stage snoud and lack of a full-time bass player have been discussed more.
Yes I am an Heartland bore.

Plus, after the utterly electric atmosphere at the 84/early 85 gigs bred by the live versions of many of the FALAA songs, many of us felt that the recordings lacked balls, texture and depth.

I think that the reason for all the discussions on FLAA is because we have so damn little material to talk about
Three albums and some singles, I mean c'mon it is pretty slim considering how much we like do dissect things.

This place seems so quiet, what has happened to everybody? 20 years without an album and people are giving up?
