Floodland, 2013 CD repress from Canada

According to Amazon, a 2013 issue of Floodland was put out on CD: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000025U2Z

Presumably released to coincide with the Mofi vinyl remaster (highly recommended), I bought it out of curiosity and to see whether it was just old stock or indeed a new pressing.

It arrived sealed and is indeed brand new - no use markings whatsoever. It's a reissue of this Canadian pressing: http://www.discogs.com/Sisters-Of-Mercy ... se/1508396

Looks wise, it's identical. The artwork even shares the blue tint unique to the original Canadian CD. The give away that it isn't just old stock is the fact that the CD face design is different. It lacks the black outer rim and the matrix number differs from the original Canadian CD. You can also see the Cinram (Canadian CD manufacturer) logo in the matrix area which they added post-2000.
