I feel ancient. Last time I wore a pair I was 7 and it was the 60s.
Had to buy them, what with the damage I did to my right foot last Sunday.

still doesn't feel right :|

Nowt wrong with slippers - have worn a pair since Mrs L insisted on installing those laminate floors that were all the rage earlier in the millennium. But if you feel too self-conscious JB, you can always get a pair of clogs from the NMA fire sale.

I keep losing my slippers.
Either that or the cat is hoarding them somewhere.

Slip-on sandals from Sports Direct (black ones - the other colours look too tacky) are my choice of indoor footwaer. They keep my feet warm, never smell and can be worn outdoors on a summer's day without embarrassment:-)

Jame's look cool like me and get get a pair of moccasin slippers. Been wearing that style for years.
so comfy and stylish.

If they were good enough for the Native American's they are good enough for us.

I actually have a pair of these that I was given as a Christmas present.

They're so big that it doesn't make any difference which foot you wear them on, or indeed whether you wear them back to front. If you have small feet you could probably wear them sideways and not notice.

Still, if the Elder Gods can't destroy the world or inflict mass insanity on the human race, they can at least be satisfied with making people trip over their own feet.

A gentleman's slipper is his birthright, as is rolling tobacco and a pint of the old nut brown.

I tried to tell her
About Docs and Martens,
Pumps and sandals.
I don't really know what for.
She looked good in slippers.
So just walk on in!
