It's coming in a rush...

I had written a very fine post. Probably my finest to date, but yet again, it disappeared, when pressing 'preview'.

Whatever. Good luck all.

Good luck all.

If there are any players you'd like to pick up an injury please let me know and I'l transfer them into my team before the weekend.

If you need a summary of the results, it's here

As close as they come :D

Hanging on to make changes to my chaps.
They did me proud this week, but I may need to adjust something this week.

And well done @Pista for the top score midweek. Fixtures on the whole look a little more unpredictable but am expecting Liverpool to continue with their form from Tuesday night. But then again they are probably the most unpredictable team in the league.

I abandoned my Liverpool lot early on this season.
Their only player worth anything (save Sturridge who's still knacked) is Sterling.
Trouble is he moves 3x faster than anyone else they have

sadly too true.

I narrowly avoided the wooden spoon there. I'm going to stop trying to be clever-clever with the injuries and take the 4-point hit this time.

Judging by the press conferences today, looks like all my lot are fit to play.
Might move the vice captaincy though. I'm fed up waiting for Fabregas to score.

Sterling's a headless chicken, no end product to his runs, he can't shoot and falls down a lot ... .. .

Nobody was saying that last season. Not his fault he's playing with strikers who are useless when Raheem is making a fast break.

I was! I think he is massively over rated.

Well, when LFC realise that you're better qualified than Brendan to be manager then you'll be able to drop him from the team

Is this the same Brendan who failed to sign Remy and Sanchez but thought signing Balotelli was a good idea?? Rodgers will be sacked long before me.

Unless Brendan could move Liverpool to be a suburb of London Sanchez was never going to sign and Remy's fitness record since signing for Chelsea has proved he was right to not sign him. I don't think Brendan wanted to sign Mario but he ran out of options.

I wouldn't say Sterling's over rated to be fair.
He's just missing people that can keep up with him really.
He gets the ball up field & into a good spot & then has to wait for someone to deliver it to. By then he's usually being hacked at by an army of defenders.
I'm convinced Balotelli was a panic buy to cover for Sturridge, who is sorely missed.
It still baffles me that Lambert doesn't get enough starts though. He hasn't really had a decent chance.
I am still in two minds as to which goalie to start with.
I fear Man Ure might have found their mojo & so Forster could be a write off.
May have to go with Speroni. He's got a better chance of performing against Spuds. :D

Turned into a pretty exciting last 30 minutes.
Not sure where the ref got 6 minutes from though.

Only two points behind my grand total for last week, with four players still to play. Oh, and there's the 4-point hit for a "bonus" transfer too. Still I'm going a lot better than last week I think.
