Final day at school today. The last two years at work have been a living hell, I am no longer the person I once was (and am fekking annoyed about that to say the least). I resigned in October. From the 31st December I am officially unemployed.
Merry Christmas

Congrats. Sometimes, a horrible end is better than horror without end. Enjoy your newly gained freedom and use it to recover from that place.

We need the best people teaching the next generation. Don't let the buggers grind you down. Get your mojo back doing supply - there will be other bosses who will appreciate your talents more.

Best from here too!
I guess they won't have you lean back for too long, anyway. So enjoy the time you've got to regain joy and all those things that make yourself ...

Ness you poor thing! i cant believe they made you do that. i agree with
Nikolas: we need the best teachers, the ones for whom it is a vocation not a career choice. to force you out of an unbearable situation in a job you would have given the rest of your working life to is an unfair way to repay your dedication.
however it also gives you a breathing space to recharge and assess your options. i know you -the real you that you will now find again- will soon be on top of it all and moving forward.
have a merry xmas anyway mate, you deserve one.

There are places that need your talents and skills. I have faith that everything will take a better path. And agree with most said.
All the best, have strength and faith.
