Possibly not. The tape image is marked as "not available" on worldofspectrum which suggests the copyright holders are unwilling to let it go for nothing.
Most of the Ultimate games (Jetpac, Atic-Atac, etc.) are the same, because the development company is actually still going (albeit now Rare writing for the Xbox).
