To all my friends on Heartland....
Thanks everyone. I have struggled, as I think most of you know, with my mental health. But the Sisters and the Heartland board have been my online refuge for a very long time. I have a lot of problems right now, but I know that my HL friends are always here. Thanks guys xxx

I know it's sometimes difficult, and as I've said before, and I'll say it again: Don't be a stranger. We're there to catch you if needed.
We all love you.

If you're struggling with mental health, just come here and take comfort in seeing we're all mentally unstable. So you're always among friends.

mental health issues are a curse and a confusion, but friends are a blessing and a refuge. when the road ahead is not clear, if you can rely on the vision of those around you you do not have to stop dead in the road until your clarity returns. or something.
more than happy to help you keep on keeping on, in anyway you need, -as are your other friends here. i hate that song "he ain't heavy, he's my brother" but the sentiment is as pure as gold. you know where we are
oh my brother, so as
John says: don't be a stranger.
love peace and the sisters...always.

You are not alone.
I may not know you, or to even have spoken to you - but you are in my thoughts. This place has seen me through some terrible times, I hope it continues to help you too.

Every single person, whether you think you know me or not... seriously, I read
HL a
lot. If you've posted, I've seen it. So I know you, and you know me.
And I really appreciate your support. Thank you all so much.
