MD1 McUEFA U21: (Deadline sometime ago)

Oops! Better late than never! (even though the opening game is at halftime)
Thanks to the ten fantasy football [s]addicts[/s] participants (7 from
IGM and 3 from
EIB) who decided to have a kickabout
in the sun, whilst not having a fuc
king clue who is who (except a few of the England lads), and that includes me.
Dartboards and Panini cards, blindfolds and pins, jumpers and goalposts, innit.
Good luck all.

I'm already on zero points
My lot aren't up until later (thankfully)
Trying to find it on telly at the moment.

As you mentioned elsewhere, I genuinely thought the kick-offs would be normal (adult) Euro times. Maybe as they're all U21 they have to be in bed earlier?

There's no data view with McUEFA like there was on the FPL site.
I liked that mini spreadsheet of points etc.
That was pretty handy

Click on the 'league' and you can see the updated points for everyone there.
Christ!
Mav's even scored a goal from a dodgy Czech defender!

Managed to select a Danish keeper who didn't play. Not a good start

I've studied Czech defenders for many years. This wasn't a surprise

But if you take the 'hands-on' managerial approach tomorrow, you can deselect him for another non-playing goalkeeper. Win-win!
And what part of...

In the land of the blind etc.

Being aware of the hands on option I thought I was picking 15 players who would all play and I would have the option to sub out my lesser performers. I wasn't expecting some to not even play.

From the BBC:
This year, Gareth Southgate's men will be without key defender John Stones for the opening two matches through concussion.
The Everton man missed Wednesday's training session with a head injury and Southgate, in a news conference taking place now, says he will not play Portugal tomorrow or in Sunday's match against Sweden

Keeping your powder dry for tomorrow night is probably the polite answer.

How am I doing? Recovering from a concert my kids played in, not been home long and turning laptop on is just too hard.

The points are out of order?? I'm not complaining, I should be bottom

My points are wrong. They've given my German defender a clean sheet when it is actually 1-1.

Further investigation shows that all the German defenders and midfielders have been incorrectly credited with a clean sheet.
So don't get too excited about your points totals.
