It's still 30°C here so I've shed the black-t and flip-flops. Underneath a pile of Prada and Chanel. I can hear the current convo drifting in:

"Is your bra, a bra, or a a sports-bra?"
"Dunno. Let's get Johnny to judge!"

It's at moments like these, that I feel it's pertinent for me to go up the back stairs to the top floor, and check everything's Ok (janitor/caretaker-mode), taking a very, very long time before I come down.

But I know they'll be waiting...

Definitely! I get a bit nostalgic around my birthday. But it was a top day and a top night.

Even when Barry dragged Ness through the crowd to meet me for the first time. Even when 20mins later I did my sloooooooow-dive down her back and passed out. Even when Michael and someone else were carrying me out of that sauna-like basement. Even when you got all parental (eventhough you're half my age) and were making me drink lots of water. Somethings we never forget.
