Sorry if mentioned before (searched for it, couldn't find it, but my search skills on the forum are as good as Vons recording skills these days),

This is available throughout the Netherlands since may 2015. Has official bar code 9992206087378 and label is EAST/WEST.
Official album title is:
Melkweg, Amsterdam, June 2nd, 1984.

But as @dinkydaisy points out in the OP, one which has been sold openly by reputable record stores who would never normally stock bootlegs. Very curious.

No, this is a bootleg of Chinese origin, apparently. Note the slash between East and West, not the same as the Warner company, but close enough to fool some people.

I bought my copy at Amoeba in Los Angeles, also a reputable store. Wonder if this release benefits from the same loophole as some Italian CD boots in the 90s which were legal based on Italian copyright law as long as the producers would pay publishing rights to the collection agency...
As for the Chinese origin of this bootleg, I doubt it. Probably a way to mislead the RIAA.
