Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. First of all, sorry if I seem a bit too enthousiastic about things, but the fellow musicians here will understand why I'm so excited.

I'm gonna put the progress of our live performance tape here in this thread. Not too much, do not worry, but if anyone is interested in us you can follow it here.

Mods, warn me when things go over the top. This is a Sisters forum, I know.

I received the live VHS tape and the Hi-8 today, and I'm gonna try to upload them to my PC one of these days. Our bassist also received the MD (MiniDisc) recording live from PA without audience.

We're gonna try to mix this MD on my home studio. I thought about using ProTools, but our bassist just received a copy of Nuendo (sp?), a program that does it all: audio, video and MIDI all-in-one. We'll try to let the hi-8 video and MD recording run syncronous, hope the time-codes fit together. That way we'll get a perfect sound on our video material.

I'll keep you informed. If you want to, that is :-)

Ok, another short message.
There were some people here in Belgium (and a few abroad, too) asking me whether the live-songs will be put on CD or not.
I wasn't even considering this, but because these peeps asked me, I'm willing to do this.
If there's anyone here that'd like a copy, let me know here or PM me.
The CDR will contain the 8 live songs from our gig on Sep 6. Price will be 5 euro (approx. 3.5 GBP), including postage & package (to cover the expenses for the empty CDRs and the postage, my gain will be something around 2 GBP) all across Europe (including the UK :-)).
