Having had a quick look on Google - it would appear there is a female duo who do West Coast folk. Could be them?

I remember years ago looking at the gig dates on teletext and seeing that The Sisterhood were doing 2 nights at Wakefield Rooftop Gardens. I can't remember the date but it wasn't too long after the release of This Corrosion. After a bunch of phonecalls I was able to discover it was a false alarm, a different Sisterhood.

Meanwhile songkick have changed the picture at least ...
...
Btw, one of them is the daughter of Rod Stewart ...
... that should give quite a stir in the music media if
should chose to sue them ...
...
and feed all the s**t told about him over the years with regard to law suits ...
...

Far as I know, the copyright/trademark only lasted 25 years before reverting back to public domain... at least according to US law.
