Anyone from Cardiff?

It occurred to me the other day that I used to know a Sisters fan from Cardiff (or possibly Swansea - once you get west of the Marches everywhere looks the same!) - thought maybe he might be on here. Almost shares his name with a gravel-voiced American singer who's married to Kathleen Brennan? Anyone know him?
