Some Kind of Stranger chords?

Some of you may have seen my thread asking for SoM chords.
Today I had another go!
Here is my proper attempt at "Some Kind of Stranger", probably my favourite SoM song: https://youtu.be/Wyr5okvHmco
Problem is, I still cannot figure out where the chord changes actually come in during the second verse. It'd be awesome if someone could do this form me or point out where I'm going wrong in the clip.

I've kept these videos unlisted because I know they're not great but I'd like to get to a standard where I can do justice to the band. Help welcome!
