That four point penalty is a real disincentive to making extra transfers. Only really worth it if you have an injured player and can replace with someone have a double game week.

after spotting the deadline and the double-games well in advance i had my internet stopped for a week and failed to do anything about it

I saw the double games and played the Triple Captain, but have ended up with 40-odd points, as usual.
Better to use a Bench Boost or Triple Captain in these situations do you think?

I flashed the triple captain chip too & just about everyone else in my team has scored except him

Bench Boost was the way to go.
