It's rolling.
I will win, because I've done my wildcard.

sorry for your loss
Jo.
...and i've also played my wildcard. my team looks awesome now with firmino and aguero replacing kane and giroud; fabregas and erikson replacing mahrez and some nobody; a slew of in-form defenders, and fabianski between the sticks. oh yes, you are right to tremble in awe...

Sorry to read about your loss boss.
Another wildcard played here, helping assemble an entirely disagreeable squad that registers a new nadir for my FPL adventures, 3 city players in it. It's wrong on every conceivable level, which must make FPL inconceivable cos it should work a treat. I just hope most of my defence actually plays, not heard of most of 'em, the 'names' got jettisoned whilst producing the midfield - forward Axis Of Death.
Good luck IGM, p*ss off cure and m*****n also-rans (are they even bands or has someone just made them up to justify their pointy hair?)

I got off to a good start with Alli's assists and Lukaku's goal. Plenty of time for it all to go wrong!

22 from my new captain Aguero. lets hope he stays uninjured for the rest of the season as at that price its easy to disseminate that much money throughout the squad but quite hard to scrape it together to buy him back. apart from him and eriksen the rest of my new team can f**k off.

Top top top top top of the league! Now I know how Huddersfield felt, and next week I'll no doubt know how Huddersfield feel.
(I'm the diametric opposite of 'a gloater' but hey, three seasons and one month into this and that's the first time in top spot so f**k it).....
Top top top top top of the league!

What with a funeral & a mountain of school books to mark,
Jo asked me last night to post the GW summary.
Luckily I had something ready for getting GW7 rolling, so here it is.....
The early game saw Kane take a couple more steps toward the golden boot as 10 man Spurs survived a late West Ham come back to secure all 3 points & force Southgate to
change his mind on which goalkeepers to call up
Burnley & Huddersfield ground out a goalless draw at Turf Moor (hey that rhymes) ^ Everton accidentally discovered they have a striker in Niasse who netted a brace after the Toffees had gone behind. Maybe Palace should have bought him after all.
On the subject of Palace (sobs) , another record was set with 6 games without scoring. But they showed they weren’t as bad as Watford, only allowing Citeh to gub them by 5 goals.
At St Mary’s, Romulan Locutus scored the only goal in a hard fought game where JoMo got sent off after coming onto the pitch to shout at his players.
Morata & Pedro were the undoing of Stoke & Watford staved off a Swansea fight back to win in the 90th minute.
Liverpool, having been dumped out of the league cup by Leicester in the week, held off the Foxes this time in a goal that saw their “Little Magician bury a peach of a free kick marking his intent to stay with the reds…….at least until January.
Sunday gave us a trip to the seaside for the match between 2 newly promoted sides at the Amex Stadium. & it was Brighton who took the spoils despite late pressure from Newcastle who had Shelvey hit the post a minute after he came on.
In the final game of the week, Arsenal new boy, Lacazette, scored both goals as the Gunners overcame the Baggies in a match with some severely dubious officiating.
Right. Snark over & onto the real stuff.
Pushing
40 points into the overall lead on
3357 points, the
BB&S win the week with
692 points despite taking a 28 point transfer hit.
Planet Dave’s
Toluca Lake United take the top spot & so the
this week with the
going to
markfiend’s
Kirkstall Wanderers on
78 points.
The table...
In the H2H a
21 point win from the
BB&S takes them to within 9 points of the
IGMs total of
108 points.
& (& I have to say it’s jolly well about time too) the
goes to……ME
& a look at the table shows...
Well played all
As soon as I have started GW7, I'll pop the linky in here

Wow that is some serious Who Dares Winsing going on there, fair play. Still, a decidely lucky venture, I'm sure this week they'll be back to resembling that video of them all dicking around in a park with a football and umbrellas.

i fear you may be right. not to mention kane scoring 4 in the 2 weeks since i got rid of him. in my rush to sell aguero before his value plummeted i missed the fact that there is a week off so theres every chance of half my team being crocked before next GW. hey who gives a fu
ck? i'm still the only person to get 3 big shouts in succession.....just happy to make up the numbers [/fake non-competitiveness]
